Secure and hipaa compliant HARMONi was developed to meet and exceed all CCHIT criteria for Electronic Health Record System certification based on the 2009 criteria specifications. It utilizes the HL7 standards for outbound and inbound health information exchange and can be configured to receive or send messages to any HL7 compliant system. The system was also developed with an eye towards ISO 27999 the international standard for Healthcare Informatics and security. The system utilizes ICD-9CM, CPT, Snomed, LOINC, and NDC coding for all diagnosis, lab results, medication orders, and procedures.
